Job summary

Jobot, a top tri-state contractor in the Willistown Township area, seeks a Construction Coordinator to support a large backlog of projects kicking off in 2025. This role emphasizes supervising trades, developing schedules, and maintaining MEP systems with a strong focus on safety and quality control.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction coordination, a relevant engineering or construction management degree, and proven leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
