You will oversee field operations, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality standards throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations and site activities.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing.
• Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, manpower, and field coordination.
