Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for Parkedge Townhouses in Utica, NY. The role reports to Maintenance Development Lead and oversees the on-site maintenance team to keep the property safe, secure and well-maintained for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of full-time maintenance experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Hands-on work and ongoing professional development are expected, with a focus on preventive

• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and household appliances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property.
• Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals.
• Diagnose and perform routine, preventive and emergency maintenance, including minor and major repairs.
• Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.

Superintendent - Responsibilities

The Superintendent supports the Maintenance Development Lead by overseeing the Maintenance Team and ensuring the property is maintained to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for preserving the overall physical condition and operational integrity of the property.

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property
