CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent - Affordable Housing in Buffalo, NY to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the property is safe, secure, and well maintained for residents and staff. This role requires at least three years of full-time maintenance experience and a proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property.
• Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals.
• Diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, including minor and major repairs.
• Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.

Superintendent - Responsibilities

The Superintendent supports the Maintenance Development Lead by overseeing the Maintenance Team and ensuring the property is maintained to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for preserving the overall physical condition and operational integrity of the property.

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property
• Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team
