Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Superintendent to join our construction team. The role oversees all stages of the construction process, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in a superintendent role, strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and blueprint interpretation skills, with a degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• 5. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• 7. A strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of the construction process.
• 8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 9. Certifications in construction safety, project management, or a related field are highly desirable.
