We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all on-site construction operations
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, quality, and safety
- Serve as primary on-site contact
- Enforce OSHA & company safety protocols
- Manage daily reports, RFIs, inspections, close-out
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years superintendent experience
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural & MEP systems
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office
- OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
