• Lead and supervise daily field operations on large industrial demolition projects.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and site logistics.
• Coordinate demolition sequencing, site preparation, structural dismantling, material handling, and debris removal.
• Read and interpret demolition plans, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly work plans to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Safety personnel, clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily pre-task planning, toolbox meetings, and jobsite inspections.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent to oversee large-scale industrial demolition and decommissioning projects throughout Texas, with Dallas serving as the primary base.

Travelling Superintendent

This is a travelling position based around Dallas, Texas, with projects located throughout the state. Candidates should expect significant travel and extended stays at project locations.

Typical assignments may include projects in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, East Texas
