SourceLine is seeking a Crew Supervisor (Demolition) to lead daily field production on Texas demolition projects. The role emphasizes safety, timely completion, and strong leadership of laborers, operators, foremen, and other crew members in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have demolition or heavy construction experience, a track record of supervising field crews, and the ability to coordinate with superintendents and project managers to meet production goals and safety

About the job Crew Supervisor (Demolition)

Our client is adding an experienced Crew Supervisor to support demolition projects in the Texas market.

This is a full-time field leadership role for someone who understands demolition work, crew production, safety, equipment coordination, and daily jobsite execution. The right candidate does not need to operate heavy equipment, but they do need to understand how demolition equipment is used safely and effectively in the field.

This role is best suited for someone who has already led field crews and is comfortable managing laborers, operators, foremen, and other jobsite personnel in a fast-moving demolition environment.

What You'll Do

As the Crew Supervisor, you will help lead daily field production and make sure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • Demolition or heavy construction experience
  • Prior experience leading or supervising field crews
  • Ability to manage daily production, safety, and jobsite workflow
  • Strong understanding of demolition practices and jobsite hazards
  • Working knowledge of heavy equipment used in demolition
  • Ability to read basic plans and understand job requirements
  • Comfortable completing daily reports, time entry, cost codes, and safety documentation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass required background, drug screen, and driving record checks
  • Ability to work outdoors in active construction/demolition environments

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with structural demolition, selective demolition, or interior demolition
  • Experience overseeing laborers, operators, drivers, subcontractors, or mixed crews
  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, or other safety certifications
  • Experience working around excavators, loaders, skid steers, shears, grapples, hammers, roll-offs, dump trucks, trailers, or similar equipment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
