Job summary

Metric Geo seeks experienced Superintendents and Senior Superintendents for healthcare projects across Southwest Florida. You will operate from the Fort Myers office, leading field operations on active healthcare construction sites and coordinating with project leadership.

Ideal candidates have superintendent-level GC experience, familiarity with hospitals or occupied healthcare renovations, and strong leadership, scheduling, and safety discipline.

Qualifications

• Superintendent-level experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience with hospitals, medical facilities or occupied healthcare renovations.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing and subcontractor-management abilities.
• Knowledge of ICRA requirements and healthcare-specific construction procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
