You will oversee daily site operations, supervise field teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in a superintendent position with healthcare project experience, proficiency in CM software, and willingness to travel within Florida.

Qualifications

• Healthcare project experience required or preferred.
• Leadership and ability to manage field teams and subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering preferred; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Lead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections.
