Ideal candidate has proven experience with infection control, life safety, and maintaining operations in occupied facilities, and can manage subcontractors and schedules with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Healthcare construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience delivering projects in active/occupied hospital environments.
• Knowledge of ICRA, AHCA, interim life safety measures, and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to run projects autonomously.

We are working with a growing South Florida General Contractor that is building a strong reputation within the healthcare sector and is looking to add an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to their team in the Stuart area.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a smaller, entrepreneurial business where you will have the autonomy to run projects, make decisions, and play a key role in helping expand the company’s healthcare portfolio across South Florida. The ideal candidate will already be based locally and have proven experience delivering projects within active hospital environments, with a strong understanding of infection control, phasing, life safety, and maintaining operations in occupied facilities. This role would suit someone who enjoys having responsibility, wants to make an impact, and is excited by the opportunity to help grow a healthcare-focused contractor in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage work within active hospital and medical environments.

• Based in or within commuting distance of Stuart / Treasure Coast.
