Job summary

Build Partners USA LLC in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Superintendent to lead luxury custom home projects from ground-up to completion. The role involves coordinating trades, schedules and budgets on multi-million dollar estates and remodels, ensuring top-tier finishes and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of luxury home construction experience, a proven track record with a custom builder, and Florida project experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Florida custom home building experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing luxury home builds or remodels from inception to completion (projects $5M+)

We've partnered with a luxury custom home builder in Jupiter that is looking to add a Superintendent to their team.

They're a well-established luxury custom home builder with a strong reputation, both for the quality of their work and the team they've built around it.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in luxury custom home construction
• Evidence of long-term commitment with a custom home builder
• Florida custom home building experience is strongly preferred
• Experience managing custom home builds or remodels from inception to completion, with values of $5m or above
