Job summary

Allied Reliability in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, is seeking a Mill Operations Superintendent to lead metals manufacturing operations focused on producing high-quality zinc products. This role requires driving safety, quality, and performance on the mill floor while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost discipline.

You will coordinate maintenance, oversee asset strategies, and deliver detailed variance and quality reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenance.
