Job summary

Allied Reliability in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, is seeking a Mill Operations Superintendent to lead metals manufacturing operations focused on producing high-quality zinc products. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee asset strategies, and deliver detailed variance and quality reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MSHA regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and lead a safe work environment.
• Promote and maintain a positive work culture.
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
• Ensure cost effective metal recovery from available ore.
• Provide detailed reports on variances and quality issues.
• Coordinate asset management planning, shutdowns and preventative maintenance.
• Budget all projects and monitor costs during implementation.
• Maintain mill budget and cost control.
• Coordinate performance management and reviews.
