Findorff is seeking an experienced Superintendent in Sheboygan, WI to lead field operations from kickoff to completion, owning execution, team coordination, and jobsite performance. At Findorff, we bring expertise and value in construction that extends far beyond building. What We Are Looking For
What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent with Findorff, you’ll lead field operations from project kickoff through completion, owning execution, team coordination, and jobsite performance. You’ll direct and supervise field personnel and subcontractors, manage schedules, labor, and cost performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Because our work spans a wide range of project types, sizes, and complexities, no two projects look exactly the same. What stays consistent is your role as a hands‑on leader, able to build strong relationships across project teams, lead by example, and contribute to the growth and development of others through training and mentorship.
Diversity matters. Findorff recognizes the talents of all, appreciating the different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that make us a stronger company and partner for the communities we live and work in.

This version is much more candidate-facing and aligned with the Executive Operations posting, emphasizing leadership impact, operational strategy, and culture rather than listing duties as internal job‑description bullets.
