Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management tools.
• Professional communication skills and calm, confident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure alignment with design vision.
• Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce safety protocols.
• Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for client or architect walkthroughs.
