Aviation Superintendent | San Francisco, CA | $120,000 - $180,000 + Benefits

Renewyx has partnered with a top-tier national general contractor to appoint an Aviation Superintendent as it expands its Northern California aviation work.

The business is establishing an additional aviation project team to deliver ground-up airport projects, typically valued at over $100M, across the Bay Area and Sacramento region.

The role:

You will lead field operations on a major airport project, managing safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and quality from mobilization through turnover. You'll work within an operational environment that demands close coordination with airport stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

• Superintendent experience on airport or aviation projects
• A track record on large ground-up commercial builds
• Availability to work on-site at a Bay Area or Sacramento airport

Nice to have (bonus, not required):

• Self-perform experience, particularly concrete
