Dome Construction in Southern California seeks a Superintendent – Lead Field Operations to drive on-site execution of complex projects. You will manage field operations, coordinate with trade partners, and mentor crew members to achieve safety, schedule, and quality targets.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with California Building Codes and healthcare project standards (OSHPD/HCAI), and guiding teams through multiple stakeholders to deliver projects

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field leadership experience in construction.
• Experience managing projects from $5M to $25M.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Experience with California Building Codes and OSHPD/HCAI for healthcare projects.
• Ability to lead large crews and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Pay dependent of experience, skill, knowledge

Southern California Pay Range

$140,000—$200,000 USD

The job duties for this position [will/may] entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer has a requirement that all Dome's personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer's policy has no exemptions.
