Qualifications

• Knowledge of California contractor’s license law is important.
• OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License is necessary.

The Role

We’re looking for a Superintendent who is a natural leader, detail‑oriented, and thrives on seeing projects through from start to finish. In this role, you’ll oversee construction operations in the field, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to our high‑quality standards. You’ll also be responsible for jobsite safety, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations on commercial construction projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices and California contractor’s license law.
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
• Valid California Driver’s License.
