Job summary

Dome Construction seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site operations, manage field teams, and drive safety, schedule, and quality on high-profile California projects.

You will mentor crews, coordinate with clients and internal teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with California Building Codes and OSHA standards. Vaccination policy applies at customer sites where required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field leadership experience in construction.
• Experience managing projects from $5M to $25M.
• Knowledge of California Building Codes and healthcare OSHPD/HCAI requirements.
• Ability to lead large crews and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety focus.

Southern California Pay Range

$140,000 - $200,000 USD

The job duties for this position [will/may] entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer has a requirement that all Dome's personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer's policy has no exemptions.
