Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent for heavy civil and industrial general contracting work across the Western Region. The position will manage civil and concrete projects, require strong leadership, and offer travel with per diem.

Competitive salary range based on experience and benefits package is included. We value candidates with 5+ years of experience, a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and a proven ability to coordinate with owners, vendors, and suppliers to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing civil and concrete structures projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Excellent attention to details and specifications.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Experience managing projects up to $20M.
• Familiarity with alternative delivery methods is a plus.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 DOE with per diem for travel
