Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a focus on concrete for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role emphasizes leading planning, scheduling, safety, and client liaison to deliver complex concrete works on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience in concrete-heavy commercial/industrial settings, strong leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction.
• Ensuring that all construction activities are in alignment with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, we specialize in a variety of projects, including data center construction, commercial and industrial buildings, core and shell constructions, concrete slab and structural cast projects. Our projects also span government contracts and cast-in-place structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in any one of these areas, coupled with superior project planning and leadership skills.
