The Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations from project startup through final completion. This individual will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and daily construction activities while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Uprite's high standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in both ground up commercial construction and tenant improvement projects. Experience with tilt up construction is highly preferred.
