Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong background overseeing concrete construction activities.
• Experience managing heavy civil, site development, excavation, utility, or paving projects preferred.
• Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors.
• Track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently.
• Construction scheduling and coordination.

• Blueprint and construction drawing interpretation.

Our client is a site contractor founded in 1960 specializing in heavy earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and site development projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. The company utilizes GPS technology for efficient site management and operates a large fleet of construction equipment supported by an in-house maintenance team.
