The Opportunity

We're conducting a confidential search for a Superintendent to join a growing heavy civil contractor that believes exceptional projects are built by exceptional people. Reporting to senior operations leadership, you'll lead field operations on complex infrastructure projects while building a culture of safety, accountability, and quality.

• Lead field operations on heavy civil, bridge, highway, grading, utility, and site development projects.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily construction activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with bridge, highway, earthwork, utilities, grading, or site development projects.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Base Salary: $95,000-$110,000 (up to $115,000 for exceptional experience)
