Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a full-time role in the Philadelphia area. The position leads the project team, oversees scheduling, budgeting, and QA/QC, and collaborates with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in commercial construction project management, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, OSHA certification preferred, and strong written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Construction Superintendent will:

• Provide overall leadership to entire project team
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
