Job summary

MPI is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects in the Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of ground-up multifamily construction experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Familiarity with Pre Engineered Metal Buildings is highly desirable, and strong math and computer aptitude are essential. The role involves running projects from start to finish, daily oversight of construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and

This general contractor has a growing portfolio in the Colorado Springs area and is excited to bring on a few additional people to the team. This includes a Superintendent with at least 3-4 years of experience in ground up multifamily construction.
