Job summary

Flowtec Group in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater projects from mobilisation to completion. You will manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate with project management and clients, and ensure safety and quality standards while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Travel to project sites within the region will be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field experience in water or wastewater construction.
• Track record of running projects directly as a superintendent or equivalent.
• Experience on larger-scale projects (up to $50M).
