• Assist in preparing cost estimates for change orders.
• Maintain Daily Log and manage complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily focus on job site safety
• Daily interaction with Project Managers, Architects, Project Engineers, Clients, and/or Client Representatives
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project according to the schedule
• Monitor costs, such as labor time, materials, and containers
• Communicate and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for change order work
• Must have a record of managing complex projects
• Maintenance of Daily Log

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent with a CM/GC firm
• Proven track record managing complex projects
• Proficiency in Procore
• OSHA 10/30 card
