Job summary

stvincentsjobs seeks a Superintendent responsible for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across agency locations. You will process work orders, manage tasks and projects, and stay current with operational systems and required licenses.

Two years' Superintendent experience is required, with a high school diploma and the possibility of a bachelor's degree being preferred. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also expected. Pay is $60,000 per year.

Job description

Superintendent shall be responsible for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgement, critical thinking and communications skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. The Superintendent shall remain knowledgeable of agency operational systems and maintain licenses and/or certifications as required. Additional Requirements

• Must have minimum of two years' Superintendent experience or in related field and,

Heavy Lifting Necessary (to include overhead lifting/holding)and operating machinery to include (but not limited to):

• landscaping equipment
• snow removal equipment
• construction equipment and tools
• pallet jack
• desktop computer
• Climbing Stairs
• Manual Dexterity
• Walking with and Carrying Maintenance Materials
• Push/Pull -- Object Movement (ie: furniture placement and movement -- flooring removals)
• Exposure to working in outdoor elements

Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred;

Valid driver's license in good standing

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation.
