Job summary

Saint Joseph's is seeking a Superintendent to oversee maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. You will process work orders, assign tasks and manage projects to deliver on schedule, using sound judgment and strong communication.

The role requires at least two years of Superintendent experience or related field, and a high school diploma with associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database navigation is expected.

Qualifications

Job description

Superintendent shall be responsible for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgement, critical thinking and communications skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. The Superintendent shall remain knowledgeable of agency operational systems and maintain licenses and/or certifications as required.

Additional Requirements

Must have minimum of two years' Superintendent experience or in related field

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor preferred
