Job summary

Harris Company is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts in Rayville, LA. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and align work with project plans and client specifications under the Project Manager’s guidance.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and coordinating labor to meet project milestones across stadiums, manufacturing, hospitals and other facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of thorough knowledge with other construction trades.
• 5+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in similar type facility construction.
• 10+ years of expert understanding of mechanical systems.
• 10+ years of expert ability to read and comprehend construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project progress aligns with plan and client specifications in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Provide supervision and coordination of staff, directing daily activities of construction workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
