As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is progressing according to plan and client specifications in conjunction with the Project Manager. You will provide overall supervision and coordination of staff direction and guidance of the daily activities of construction workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
This position works closely with project managers to meet labor requirements and ensure successful execution of project work. The Superintendent will provide successful overall execution of all project activities in accordance with Company policies, procedures and key objectives, and in compliance with all applicable collective bargaining agreements
