• Strong proficiency reading blueprints, coordinating MEP systems, and executing complex structural modifications.

• Field Leadership: Direct daily on-site operations, trade subcontractors, and field personnel from initial teardown through final punch list completion.
• Schedule & Flow: Develop and maintain 2-week look-ahead schedules, managing site logistics to keep work moving without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work in progress to ensure adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and Louisiana building codes.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, conduct daily safety briefings, and maintain job-site logs.
• Communication: Partner with Project Managers, architects, inspectors, and clients to address site challenges and provide updates.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
