Job summary

PC Construction seeks a Project Superintendent to lead NE FL water and wastewater construction projects. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence for projects ranging from $15M to $100M.

This role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to mentor teams, develop safety plans, and collaborate with the PM group to hit project goals. PC offers employee-owned culture and nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

Job description

PC is seeking a Project Superintendent to manage exciting water and wastewater treatment construction projects. As a Project Superintendent you will assume a leadership role in growing PC’s presence in the NE FL area while building some of the nation’s most complex water and wastewater projects. Our Project Superintendents lead all field operations, including self‑performed and subcontracted work. The right candidate will have a minimum of 8‑10 years of water/wastewater experience and routinely manages projects from $15M to $100M. This key professional is responsible for the successful execution of field work and project safety for one of the nation’s top safety‑rated contractors and works closely with the project management team to ensure the achievement of all project goals.

Key Responsibilities
