Job summary

ISG Consultants in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a $1 billion mega-project. You will work with Project Managers, perform field measurements, and ensure clear communication of milestones and schedules to foremen and the project team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5–10 years of construction experience, including CM at Risk or Design-Build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction experience including large projects, CM at Risk and/or Design-Build.
• Prior structural/enclosures and/or MEP experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and modifying project schedules, providing additional insights on weekly guidance and rationale for contingencies.
• Join on-site reviews with General Contractors to better understand scope and required coordination for a job.
• Perform field measurements, communicating results and quantities to the project team.
• Reinforce communications of project milestones and schedules to foremen and other project participants.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure timely completion of change orders.
• Aid in recognizing and resolving on-site challenges and issues.

We are seeking an experiencedSuperintendent to join a $1 billion mega-project in the Jacksonville area. The Superintendent will be responsible for working with the Project Managers and responsibilities include but aren't limited to: performing field measurements, communicating results and quantities to the project team, and reinforcing communications of project milestones and schedules to foremen and other project participants.
