Job summary

Renewyx partnered with a leading GC in Indiana to support the rollout of multiple QSR projects across the state. You will manage all aspects of daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record as a lead superintendent on commercial sites, OSHA 30 certification, and experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on ground-up builds, with familiarity in Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Track record running commercial job sites as lead Superintendent.
• Strong grip on safety programs, trade sequencing, and daily site logistics.
• Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors while keeping the schedule on track.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with self-perform crews.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore or MS Project.
• Expertise leading ground up QSR builds.
• Permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily site operations from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
• Ensure project stays on schedule and within safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to sequence trades efficiently.
• Oversee QA/QC and on-site logistics across multiple active sites.

They are looking to bring on board multiple superintendents to support this growth as a national quick-service brand is expanding fast in the region, and this contractor is the partner delivering the rollout, project after project.

You will manage all aspects of daily site operations, including trade sequencing, safety enforcement, and quality control, ensuring the project stays on schedule from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
