My client, a highly reputable General contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background delivering ground-up education projects. This is an opportunity to lead impactful K-12 and/or higher education builds from site development through closeout -Based in Houston, TX

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience working as a Superintendent
• Extensive experience delivering ground-up education projects (K-12 and/or higher education)
• Proven track record working directly for a General Contractor
• Strong leadership and field management capabilities
• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, site safety, and quality control
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and inspectors
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Responsibilities:
