They're looking for someone with

• 5+ years of Commercial Drywall Superintendent experience
• Strong Division 9 experience, including metal stud framing, drywall, sheetrock, and acoustical ceilings
• Hands-on field experience managing commercial projects from start to finish
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, safety, RFIs, and change orders
