Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners is seeking an energetic Superintendent to lead the Commercial Division in the Indianapolis area. Under the direction of Project Managers, you will maintain multiple jobsites daily and drive crews to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of foreman/superintendent experience, blueprints literacy, and a background in drywall, rough carpentry, acoustical ceilings, and door/ hardware installations. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Foreman and or Superintendent Experience Required.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, and with the ability to lay out walls if needed.
• Rough Carpentry Experience Preferred.
• Drywall Experience Preferred.
• Acoustical Ceiling Experience Preferred.
• Door, Frame and Hardware Experience Preferred.
• Basic Computer Skills/ Tablet Skills.
• Spanish Skills a Plus!
• Crew Management Experience.
• Time Management Skills and Organizational Skills. You will be running 4-5 projects of various size at a time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple jobsites on a daily basis under the direction of the Project Managers.
• Protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the portfolio whenever and wherever possible.
• Lead and direct the crew to execute project tasks efficiently while coordinating with customers.

Associated Drywall Partners, voted Walls & Ceilings Top 50 Contractors, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals with strong leadership skills to join our growing Commercial Division! Under the direction of the Project Managers, the Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining multiple jobsites on a daily basis.

ADP has been in the drywall business since 1992 serving the hospitality industry, the residential markets, and commercial customers. Since our inception we have done a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects, and residential homes for both production builders and custom builders.

We are looking for candidates who can work independently in fast-paced environments with the initiative and drive to make this position their own. The Superintendent is expected to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the portfolio whenever and wherever possible. We need team players who can take direction from our managers and customer while also giving direction to our workers.
