Benchmark Construction Company is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent for Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will lead field operations, coordinate with teams and subcontractors, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety and top-quality execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, strong blueprint literacy, and proficiency with PM tools like Procore. Excellent English communication and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Vocational/technical training from a vocational school, technical college, or apprenticeship.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and site blueprints and shop drawings.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore is a plus.

• Learn and Execute: Know the game plan, and master the strategy. From financial goals to scheduling, you’ll ensure every aspect of the project stays on course. Logistics, milestones, inspections—you’ve got it all covered.

You’ll also set the standard for positive, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors—instilling fairness and professionalism in every project.
