Benchmark Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for healthcare construction projects in the Baltimore, MD area. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading as a Superintendent on Healthcare Construction projects.
• Hands-On expertise from a vocational school, technical college, or an apprenticeship program.
• Blueprints literacy: interpret architectural, structural and site drawings.
• Fluent in English and able to understand complex instructions.
• Experience with Project Management software; Procore is a bonus.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to go on varying job sites.
