Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent in West Michigan to lead on-site construction operations from groundbreaking to closeout. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality across commercial projects, coordinating with PMs, owners, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods and best practices.
• Experience with industrial, institutional, and/or mixed-use project types preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor scheduling and sequencing.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts.

• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Lead pre-construction and weekly progress meetings with trade partners.

The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
