Norcon, Inc. is expanding its Indianapolis office and seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead the field team from preconstruction to closeout. You will coordinate with architects, clients, office staff, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in project support or construction, with a strong safety mindset and excellent communication. Full-time on-site role with competitive benefits in Indiana.

We are expanding Norcon’s efforts into the Indianapolis, Indiana market and are looking to add a talented Construction Superintendent to our dynamic firm.
As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate all field activities and assist with administrative aspects of our projects from preconstruction through closeout. It is important the candidate has earned a reputation of working well with architects, clients, office staff, field staff, and subcontractors. This position will require a willingness to go beyond the scope of general job descriptions as we grow the Norcon Indianapolis office.
This position is required to work at the Norcon Indianapolis office or corresponding jobsite.
