Job summary

The Premier Group in Denver is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site construction for healthcare facilities, from mobilization to project completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role at a busy healthcare construction site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up healthcare project delivery experience required.
• Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, surgical centers, or occupied healthcare renovations preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience leading safety programs and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Track project progress and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
• Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover documentation.

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 depending on experience
