Job summary

MN International Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent for commercial construction projects in Maryland. The role requires leadership on healthcare-related builds, strong knowledge of codes, and the ability to manage safety and scheduling.

The candidate must have 7+ years in the field, hold a high school diploma, and demonstrate excellent communication. Travel, long hours, and night/weekend work are expected; a company vehicle and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (healthcare project experience preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk a project 3–4 times a day.
• Able to stand for 6 hours a day.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
