Job summary

MN International Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for commercial construction projects with healthcare experience preferred. The role involves onsite leadership, adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinating multiple trades to meet project milestones.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, healthcare projects preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk a project 3–4 times daily.
• Able to stand for 6 hours daily.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
