Frontier Railroad Services is seeking Superintendents to oversee field operations on railroad construction and design build projects in Dallas, Texas. This role involves supervising field crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating all aspects of project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive railroad construction experience and strong leadership skills, with a dedication to safety and project excellence.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in railroad construction
• Extensive experience supervising and managing railroad tie gang operations
• Qualification in track inspection as required by FRA
• Knowledge of all aspects of track construction and maintenance
• Previous supervision of projects
• Ability to train and motivate workers
• Ability to read and understand project documents and specifications
• Strong client relation and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
• Ability to keep records and prepare reports
• Ability to travel 90-100%
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
