Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic, experienced Superintendent for our Denver and Dallas Offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional passionate about construction, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution, coordinating project managers, subcontractors, and trades to keep projects on time, within budget, and built to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a construction superintendent, can read drawings and specifications, lead teams, and maintain safety on

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing construction projects.
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Superintendent for our clients Denver Office and Dallas Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about construction and is looking to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation. You will be working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
