Job summary

MPI is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent in Cleveland to lead on-site construction for retail, restaurant, and commercial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise site activities, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across projects located in the regional market.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and a hands-on leadership style with experience reading drawings and managing multi-discipline teams in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience delivering retail construction projects.
• Experience with QSR / fast-food restaurant construction preferred.
• Ground-up and/or renovation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Proven experience delivering retail construction projects.
